Scrambled eggs

- 8 Respectful Eggs
- 8 tbsp milk (or cream)
- 3 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper
- 4 slices thick white or brown bread
- Mix together the egg, milk and seasoning.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over a medium heat. Pour in the eggs and cook over a low heat.
- Stir the mixture, scraping the bottom of the pan as you go. Do this slowly to achieve a light, flaky scrambled egg. Cook for about 2 minutes, until the eggs begin to set but still have fluidness to them.
- Serve on thick, lightly toasted slices of buttered bread.
