Scrambled eggs

  • 8 Respectful Eggs
  • 8 tbsp milk (or cream)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 slices thick white or brown bread
  1. Mix together the egg, milk and seasoning.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over a medium heat. Pour in the eggs and cook over a low heat.
  3. Stir the mixture, scraping the bottom of the pan as you go. Do this slowly to achieve a light, flaky scrambled egg. Cook for about 2 minutes, until the eggs begin to set but still have fluidness to them.
  4. Serve on thick, lightly toasted slices of buttered bread.
